Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh crabmeat, picked over
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Fold in the dill and lemon juice until well combined.
- Carefully cut each avocado in half, removing the pit and scooping out the flesh, leaving a hollow shell.
- Divide the crab mixture among the four avocado halves, pressing gently to fill the cavities.
- Top each filled avocado with cherry tomatoes and red onion.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with additional dill sprigs if desired.
