Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing gluten free all purpose flour, salt, and oil in a bowl. Add water gradually to form a soft dough. Knead well and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add ginger and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add coriander powder, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, and potatoes to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked green peas, chopped onions, and cilantro to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into thin circles. Cut each circle into half to form a semicircle.
  6. Add filling at one end of the semicircle, moisten edges, fold over and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
  7. Deep fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
