Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced 4 fajita
  • sized flour tortillas 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp Fireball Fajita Seasoning (see recipe below) 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix beef sirloin, onion, and bell peppers with the Fireball Fajita Seasoning. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan or grill over medium high heat. Add the marinated vegetables and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add beef and cook until browned, about 4 6 minutes. Return vegetables to pan and cook together for another 2 minutes.
  4. Assemble fajitas: Spread sour cream on tortillas, top with beef mixture, cheese, and avocado slices.
  5. Fold tortillas in half and serve immediately.

Chef’s Insight

Add a splash of tequila to the marinade for an adult twist!

Notes

Marinate time can be increased for more flavor development.
