Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, buttermilk, and seasonings. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Combine flour and remaining seasonings in a shallow dish. Remove wings from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge wings in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
