  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
