  3. Brush corn with 2 tablespoons of the spicy butter mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place corn on the grill or grill pan and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from heat and immediately brush with remaining spicy butter mixture. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve alongside lime wedges.
