  • 1 lb beef skirt steak or chicken breast, thinly sliced 2 bell peppers, sliced into strips 1 onion, thinly sliced 8 flour tortillas 1 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar) 1 avocado, diced Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. for the Fajita Burritos:
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium high heat. Season the meat with half of the Firecracker Fajita Seasoning. Cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet, then add the bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5 minutes or until slightly softened. Season with the remaining Firecracker Fajita Seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Return the cooked meat to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
  5. Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of meat and veggies in the center, followed by a sprinkle of cheese and avocado.
  6. Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the ends as you go. Repeat for all 8 tortillas.
