Ingredients
- 8 Hot Dogs 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened 2 cups Shredded Colby
- Jack Cheese 2 cans (15 oz each) Chili with Beans, heated 4 Hot Dog Buns Toppings: diced onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup, jalapenos, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill hot dogs for 5 7 minutes or until fully cooked, turning occasionally. Remove from grill and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with shredded Colby Jack cheese until well combined.
- Spread the cheesy mixture onto the tops of each hot dog bun. Place them on the grill for 1 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top each hot dog with a generous helping of heated chili, then place the cooked hot dogs back into their cheesy buns.
- Add your choice of toppings and serve immediately!
