Ingredients
- 1. 1 lb ground beef or turkey (for vegetarian option, use crumbled tempeh) 2. 1 packet taco seasoning 3. 8 soft flour tortillas 4. 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite blend) 5. 1 cup prepared salsa 6. 1 large avocado, diced 7. 2 cups mixed greens 8. 1/4 cup sliced black olives 9. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 10. 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
