Instructions

  2. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the barbecue sauce onto the chicken. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before cutting.
