4 fresh corn on the cob, husked
1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store
bought)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Brush the corn with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, ensuring an even coating.
Grill the corn for about 8 10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes and brushing with more BBQ sauce as needed, until the corn is tender and slightly charred on all sides.
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then brush with remaining BBQ sauce and sprinkle the seasoning mix over the top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
