  • 1. 2 cups almond flour 2. 1 cup coconut flour 3. 4 large eggs, separated 4. 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened 5. 1/2 tsp salt 6. 1/4 tsp black pepper 7. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 8. 1 ripe avocado 9. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 10. 1/4 cup olive oil 11. 2 tbsp lime juice 12. 1 clove garlic 13. 1/4 tsp ground cumin 14. 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream cheese, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Divide dough into 8 portions and shape each into a round patty.
  6. Place patties on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. In a blender or food processor, blend avocado, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and paprika until smooth.
