  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 2 large bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef and chicken strips with smoky paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat the meat.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Cook the meat until browned and cooked through, then remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In the same grill or grill pan, add the bell peppers and onion slices. Cook until slightly charred, then remove from heat and set aside with the meat.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until just beginning to sizzle. Stir in the remaining smoky paprika for a rich, fragrant sizzler sauce. Keep warm.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry pan, then assemble fajitas with meat, vegetables, and sizzling butter sauce. Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges.
