1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp ground coriander

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together all dry rub ingredients until well combined.
Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Coat each chicken thigh evenly with the dry rub mixture, pressing gently to adhere the seasoning.
Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium high heat (around 400°F/200°C).
Grill the chicken thighs on one side until grill marks appear and the bottom is slightly charred, then flip and continue grilling until fully cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
