Instructions

  2. Season the pork shoulder generously with the BBQ rub and place it on the grill. Cook for 8 hours, or until tender and easily shredded.

  4. Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the grill and shred using two forks. Add the shredded pork to the saucepan and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cook for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the grill for about 1 minute per side.
