Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3 4 minutes, or until the onions are translucent and tender.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine and cook for an additional 2 3 minutes.
Add optional hot sauce to desired spiciness, stirring to incorporate.
Turn off the heat and gently fold in shredded cheese until melted and gooey.
