Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium high heat (about 400°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a lightly oiled pizza stone or tray.
  3. Spread Fireball Whisky BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add sliced steak or chicken fajita meat, bell peppers, onions, black beans, and jalapeno peppers (if using) to the pizza, distributing them evenly.
