Ingredients

- bought pizza dough 2. 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3. 1 cup cooked, sliced steak or chicken fajita meat 4. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers 5. 1/2 cup sliced onions 6. 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed 7. 1/4 cup diced jalapeno peppers (optional) 8. 1/4 cup Fireball Whisky BBQ sauce 9. Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat (about 400°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a lightly oiled pizza stone or tray.
- Spread Fireball Whisky BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the sauce.
- Add sliced steak or chicken fajita meat, bell peppers, onions, black beans, and jalapeno peppers (if using) to the pizza, distributing them evenly.
- Cook the pizza on the preheated grill for 12 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro. Slice and serve immediately.
Chef’s Insight
Feel free to experiment with different proteins, such as shrimp or chorizo, and add more heat with extra jalapeno peppers or a dash of hot sauce.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute dairy cheese with vegan cheese or other vegan cheese alternatives, and use cooked chicken-style protein instead of steak.
