Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Add the sliced beef or pork and cook for 3 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from pan and thinly slice.
  3. Warm tortillas on skillet or griddle for 15 seconds each side. Assemble tacos with sliced meat, cabbage and carrot slaw, kimchi, green onions, and a squeeze of lime juice.
