Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cream cheese, grated Carolina Reaper pepper, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Form into 12 small patties.
  2. Preheat your outdoor grill or stovetop griddle to medium high heat. Brush with canola oil.
  3. Grill the patties for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Top each patty with a slice of American cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss with shredded cabbage, carrots, and parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
