  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (green and red)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the Firecracker BBQ Sauce until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour 1 cup of the BBQ sauce over the chicken and massage it into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
