Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Dredge chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off excess flour. Arrange coated wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 35 40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. While wings are baking, mix hot sauce, melted butter, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Remove wings from oven and toss them in the sauce, coating evenly. Return wings to the oven for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
