  • 8 corn tortillas 1 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 jalapeño, finely chopped 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1 avocado, diced 1/4 cup salsa Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, and jalapeño until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Heat a separate pan or grill to medium high heat. Warm the corn tortillas for 10 seconds on each side. Keep warm while preparing taco filling.
