Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Slice the bread into thin rounds and brush with olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 8 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
