  • 1. 400g ground beef 2. 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs 3. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder 5. 1 teaspoon onion powder 6. Salt and black pepper, to taste 7. 4 burger buns 8. 4 slices of cheddar cheese 9. 4 slices of crispy bacon 10. 1 cup shredded lettuce 11. 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes 12. 1/4 cup mayonnaise 13. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shape them into patties, and make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  4. In another pan, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
  6. Assemble your burger: bottom bun, mayo Sriracha sauce, cooked patty with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and top bun.
