  2. Preheat your cast iron skillet on high heat for 5 minutes. Add the marinated beef steak and cook until browned, about 3 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary, then sauté onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender, about 5 7 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables and toss everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes to let all the flavors meld together.
  5. Squeeze lime wedges over the skillet and serve immediately, directly from the cast iron skillet.
