Preheat your smoker or grill to 350°F (180°C). Place the fries on a perforated tray and smoke them for 8 minutes. Then transfer them to an aluminum foil lined baking sheet and continue cooking until golden brown and crispy, about 20 more minutes.
Assemble your fries in a large serving bowl or on a platter, topped with Smokehouse Chili, Creamy Cheese Sauce, green onions, and jalapeño coins. Serve immediately.
