Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef sirloin with Szechuan chili bean paste, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Grill the marinated beef slices until cooked to your desired preference. Set aside.
  3. Assemble tacos by placing a few grilled beef slices on each tortilla, topping with cucumber, avocado, green onions, and fresh cilantro leaves. Squeeze a lime wedge over each taco for an extra burst of flavor.
