  • 2 cups fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Wooden skewers or metal skewers

Instructions

  6. Grill steak bites for 2 3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
