  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  2. Bake the bacon wrapped chicken sausages for 25 30 minutes or until fully cooked, then set aside to rest.
  3. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and score the flesh with a knife. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to the mashed avocado and mix well. Set aside.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the arepas and cook until they are warm and crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  6. Assemble the dish by placing two arepas on each plate, followed by a layer of avocado mixture, another arepa, and finally another layer of avocado mixture.
  7. Slice the bacon wrapped chicken sausages into thin rounds and place them on top of the stacked arepas.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
