Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water, salt, and Cajun seasoning to boil. Add shrimp, corn, and potatoes cook for 5 6 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a grill safe pan over medium heat. Add garlic, parsley, thyme, black pepper, and cayenne pepper cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add drained seafood boil to the pan with butter sauce, tossing to coat. Grill on medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp is opaque and potatoes are golden brown (about 5 minutes).
