Instructions

  3. Place the seasoned pork loin on the cooler side of the grill, away from direct heat, and cook for about 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F when measured with a meat thermometer.
  4. Brush the top of the pork loin with BBQ sauce, close the lid, and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160 165°F. If needed, apply more BBQ sauce during this time.
  5. Remove the pork loin from the grill and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
