Instructions

  1. Prepare the BangBang Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, another with milk mixed with eggs (whiske

  4. Pat dry the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Coat each shrimp in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally, coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  5. Preheat a deep fryer or heavy bottomed pot filled with oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully drop in a few shrimp at a time and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
