  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill or griddle pan to medium heat.
  3. Form the ground beef into 6 equal patties. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Brush the patties with vegetable oil and place on the preheated grill. Cook for 5 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the coleslaw by mixing together shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until well combined.
