Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop griddle to medium heat.
  2. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and press gently to seal.
  5. Grill or pan fry the stuffed jalapeños for 3 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
