1. 4 burger buns 2. 4 beef patties (6 oz each) 3. 8 slices of cheddar cheese 4. 1 cup coleslaw mix 5. 1/2 cup Memphis
style BBQ sauce 6. 1 tbsp butter 7. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 8. 1 tsp smoked paprika 9. Salt and pepper, to taste 10. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, BBQ sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Heat the grill or a pan over medium high heat. Season both sides of the beef patties with salt and pepper.
Place the patties on the grill or pan and cook for 4 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Top each patty with two slices of cheese during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the buns on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of the buns, followed by the coleslaw mixture, and then the top half of the buns.
