Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 12 slices bacon 1 cup Smoky BBQ Sauce (recipe below) 8 wooden or metal skewers

Grill the wrapped shrimp for 4 minutes per side or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through. While the shrimp are grilling, warm the Smoky BBQ Sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove the shrimp from the grill and toss them in the Smoky BBQ Sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately on a platter with additional sauce on the side for dipping.
