Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup spicy pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Fireball Fusion Sauce (recipe below) Fireball Fusion Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for Fireball Fusion Sauce and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  3. Form the ground beef into 16 small patties (about 1 oz each). Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 2 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of American cheese to melt.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, assemble your sliders by slicing the slider buns in half and spreading a generous layer of Fireball Fusion Sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Place a cooked burger patty on the sauced half of the slider bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, sweet onion, and spicy pickles. Top with the remaining bun half.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
