Instructions

  1. Combine the peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, liquid smoke, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F).
  3. Grill the chicken breasts with skin side down for 12 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, basting with the peach BBQ sauce every 5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  4. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, place the sliced peaches on the grill and cook until slightly charred.
