Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat, add the seasoned steak, and cook for 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer the cooked steak to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
  2. In a separate skillet or on the grill, sauté the bell peppers and onion until tender and slightly charred, about 4 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
