Instructions

  1. In a large pot or slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, BBQ sauce, chipotle peppers, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender enough to shred easily with a fork.
  2. Remove the pork from the pot and shred using two forks, then return it to the pot and stir well to combine. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or griddle pan to medium high heat. Toast the slider buns on the grill until golden brown.
