Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, then wrap two slices of bacon around each half, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Place wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 20 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and cooked through.
While the poppers are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together honey, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Remove poppers from the oven and brush generously with the glaze. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and slightly bubbling.
Let cool slightly before serving.
