  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (Frank's RedHot recommended)

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and Buffalo sauce set aside.
  3. In another small bowl, mix together the crumbled blue cheese, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper set aside.
  4. Place the corn on the preheated grill or grill pan, and cook for 10 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Brush the cooked corn with the Buffalo sauce butter mixture, then sprinkle generously with the blue cheese spice blend. Return to the grill for an additional 3 4 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Remove from heat, top with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately with lime wedges.
