Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
  2. Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick sticks, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Arrange potato sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a medium saucepan, heat chili mix with 2 cups of water according to package instructions.
  5. Remove fries from oven and drizzle with melted butter. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange half of the cooked fries on a serving platter or large plate. Layer with half of the chili and top with half of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining fries, chili, and cheese.
