Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper, add to skillet and cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add shrimp to the same skillet, cooking until pink and opaque, about 2 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the remaining juices in the skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet, stirring gently to heat through.
  7. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
