  • 6 ears of corn, husked and silks removed
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with some of the sauce, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Place the coated corns on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, or until corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Slice each cob into 3 4 pieces.
  6. Arrange the corn pieces on a serving platter and sprinkle with cilantro and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
