Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings (drumettes and flats separated)
  • 1 cup all
  • purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to blend the seasonings evenly.
