  2. In another bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha hot sauce, and brown sugar until fully combined. Set aside.
  3. Thread chicken, bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, and pineapple onto skewers in an alternating pattern.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  5. Brush skewers with half of the sauce mixture. Grill for 3 4 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and brush with remaining sauce. Serve immediately.
