Ingredients
- 12 large jalapeños 8 oz cream cheese, softened 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp ground cumin Salt and pepper, to taste 16 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium high heat (about 375°F).
- Carefully slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, then wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on the preheated grill or in the oven for 18 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
