Instructions

  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Form the meat mixture into small, oval shaped patties. Grill the patties for 3 4 minutes per side, until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. To assemble the tacos, lay a warm corn tortilla on a plate. Add a slice of the grilled meat patty, followed by lettuce, avocado slices, pico de gallo, sour cream, shredded cheese, and pickled jalapeños.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
