Soy (in soy sauce)
Ingredients
2 lbs beef flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced into strips
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil For the Fireball Fajita Marinade:
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the Fireball Fajita Marinade.
Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Remove beef from the marinade, letting excess liquid drip off. Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Transfer the cooked beef to a cutting board and let rest for a few minutes before thinly slicing it against the grain.
In the same skillet, add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until tender and slightly charred.
Combine the cooked beef with the vegetables in the skillet, tossing to heat through.
